What is a blind box?
A blind box is a type of collectible toy packaging where the figure inside remains a surprise until opened. Each series contains a range of possible designs, including standard editions and occasionally rare secret editions.
Because the contents are randomly packed by the manufacturer, we are unable to guarantee specific characters or designs.
Are products authentic?
Yes. All products sold on Blazingstar.au are 100% genuine and sourced directly from official brands and authorized distributors.
Blazing Star is an official and exclusive strategic partner for TNT SPACE and Kayou in Australia.
We are committed to providing authentic licensed products only.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at cs@blazingstar.au.
Address changes and order modifications are only possible before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancellations.
How long does shipping take?
We offer free shipping on orders over AU$79.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
All orders are shipped via TeamGE.
Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
If you cannot find your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us at cs@blazingstar.au.
What if the product I received is defective?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
Our team will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Please note that minor imperfections on outer packaging may occur during shipping and may not be considered defects if the product inside remains unaffected.
How do I use store credit?
Store credit can be applied during checkout. If store credit is available on your account, it will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout.
Store credit can also be combined with discount codes unless otherwise stated.
Does store credit expire?
Yes. Store credit issued by Blazingstar.au expires in 180 days from the date of issue.
Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
